Role: Sales Executive
This role is ideal for a driven, execution-focused professional who can support the sales function through lead engagement, follow-ups, client coordination, and meeting facilitation.
The Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth movement of leads across the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Make cold calls and connect with prospective clients
Qualify leads and schedule client meetings, virtual meetings, and site visits
Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure lead progression
Assist in property presentations and discussions
Support the sales cycle from initial contact to closure coordination
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM
Coordinate internally for meeting arrangements, site visit planning, and documentation
Generate leads through references, follow-ups, and outreach activities
Performance Expectations
Consistent follow-up discipline and lead engagement
Timely scheduling of meetings and site visits
Support achievement of team and individual targets
Clear ownership of assigned leads and tasks
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client interaction
Basic understanding of sales processes (real estate exposure preferred)
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work with guidance but execute independently
