Job Summary

Nelvaanaacute Solutions is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Visa Counselor to guide clients through visa application processes. The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients, assessing eligibility, and ensuring accurate documentation for various countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding visa options (, Work, etc.)

• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa programs

• Explain visa procedures, documentation, timelines, and fees

• Assist clients in preparing and verifying visa documents

• Coordinate with embassies, universities, and internal teams

• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on applications

• Meet monthly counseling and conversion targets

• Stay updated with immigration laws and visa regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred)

• Experience as a Visa Counselor or similar role (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of visa processes for multiple countries

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, CRM)

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in immigration consultancy or overseas education

• Good counseling and negotiation skills

• Professional and positive attitude
