Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, lead generation activities and quotation follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Present company products/services to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and value.
• Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to generate business.
• Assist in negotiating terms with clients under the guidance of the Sales Head and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, client interactions, quotations and follow-ups.
• Regularly report sales activities and performance to the Sales Head.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and sales orders.
• Maintain good knowledge of company products and confidently present product information to clients.
