Generate and qualify franchise leads (calls, WhatsApp, portals, ads, referrals).
Explain franchise model, investment, ROI, and brand positioning clearly.
Conduct initial calls, presentations, and follow-ups with prospects.
Share franchise documents, brochures, and coordinate meetings with seniors.
Maintain lead data, call logs, and daily follow-up tracker.
Push prospects toward EOI, site visit, and agreement closure.
Coordinate with legal, operations, and design teams post-closure.
Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
Handle objections professionally and close deals ethically.
Report daily/weekly performance to Franchise Manager.
Skills Required:
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Sales mindset with follow-up discipline
Basic Excel/CRM knowledge
Experience in franchise / real estate / retail sales preferred
