We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to guide UPSC aspirants in selecting the right courses and mentorship programs. The role involves student counseling, follow-ups, and enrollment conversions in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Understand students’ academic needs and recommend suitable courses or mentorship programs
● Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective students to drive enrollments
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
● Maintain accurate student interaction records and CRM updates
● Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
● Build strong rapport with students for long-term engagement and referrals
Requirements:
● Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
● Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
● Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
