Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

About the Company

We are a fast-growing company specializing in Kitchen Appliances and Home Solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our sales team and help expand our customer base across India.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

• Explain company products and services in a professional manner.

• Follow up with existing and new customers to close sales.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Prepare daily call reports and sales updates.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Good interpersonal and customer handling abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).

• Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).

• Experience: 0–3 years in Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.

• Monday to Saturday
