Sales Executive

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a street-smart, target-driven Sales Professional who can open doors, close deals, and build long-term client relationships in the Facilities Management sector.

This role is not for average performers — it is for individuals who thrive on targets, incentives, and rapid growth.

Compensation & Growth

• Fixed: ₹13,946/- ₹22,000/month (evaluated based on years of experience in same industry and performance background check from previous employer)

• Incentive: 5% on Net Profit (Unlimited Earning Potential)

• Monthly appraisal-driven increments & role enhancement

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities (B2B focus: corporates, factories, malls, residential complexes, IT parks, hospitals, etc.)

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations

• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals independently

• Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding of clients

• Ensure monthly revenue and profit targets are achieved

• Submit daily reporting and weekly progress updates

Key Result Areas (KRA)

• Monthly new client acquisition

• Revenue generation & profitability

• Conversion ratio (leads to closures)

• Client retention and relationship strength

• Market coverage across assigned territory

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (Facilities Management preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills

• Willingness for extensive field work and travel

• Self-motivated, disciplined and result-oriented mindset
