What you’ll do:
Make aggressive outbound calls and generate qualified leads
Handle client interactions for premium real estate projects
Coordinate and assist with site visits
Follow up consistently to drive closures
Maintain sales records and report performance to the Senior Manager
Build long-term relationships with clients
What we’re looking for:
1–3 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory)
Exposure to premium / luxury projects (₹5 Cr+ ticket size)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
What we offer:
Fixed salary: ₹20,000 - 25,000 per month
