Responsible for regular follow up on leads, existing clients (active & dormant) (Target basis)
• Continuously meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to lead
conversion, Sales / GBV (Target basis)
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations / demos of products and services offered.
• Data management to ensure 100% coverage
• Develop and maintain sales records of calls, sales, activations, pipeline, follow-up activities,
etc.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Track key parameters to monitor client’s growth.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with
company products and services.
• Manage the operational activities related to the client, streamlining processes and systems
wherever possible and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships
and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
• Understand where opportunities are and create a viable business to service them.
• Ability to Interact with Senior Executives and CXO / Leads Level.
• To Sell through phone, deal closure and Client servicing.
• Responsible for responding to guest emails and feedback as per the agreed TATs.
• Responsible to support day to day queries with the highest level of customer service via
telephone and email.
• Responsible to ensure highest level of Telephone and Email Etiquettes.
Responsible for working closely with internal teams and departments to resolve customer
issues as per the defined TAT.
• Responsible to assist team leaders / manager’s with development, process
improvement,analysis and implementation of effective methodsto improve the quality and
efficiency.
• Ensure sales team complies with company policies, procedures and business ethics codes •
Responsible for identifying clients' needs and suggesting suitable travel options.
Job Requirements:
• Require an experienced Customer Oriented Telesales candidate who can drive sales via call & mail
communications.
• This is a completely Target Driven profile (Sales KRAs would cover Overall Sale, Overall Active
Client Ratio, New Sign Ups primarily) & requires a candidate with go getter attitude who can
perform consistantly in a high-pressure environment.
• Candidate should be Passionate about sales, highly energetic, self-driven and organized to be able
to maintain relationships with existing clients (active & dormant) by providing ample support,
information & guidance.
• Candidate shall also be responsible for building new relationships by onboarding fresh clients
assigned via leads generated by us. Somebody with good negotiation skills to execute terms of
agreement & close sales.
• Candidate shall be expected to maintain, prepare reports with an accurate record of all day to day
activities.
• Candidate shall liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.
• Need to have excellent understanding knowledge of Travel Technology Products covering Flights &
Hotels primarily.
• IATA certification will be an added advantage.
