Position: Business Development Associate (IT Sales)

• Location: Noida (Hybrid)

• Working Time - 9:45Am-6:45PM

• Flexible Working Hours

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to support the growth of our IT services vertical. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology sales and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and driving revenue growth, primarily focusing on B2B IT sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for IT services and solutions

• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and demos

• Work on B2B IT sales across corporates, startups, enterprises, and partners

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions

• Achieve individual and team sales targets (monthly & quarterly)

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reports using CRM tools

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) for smooth execution.
