Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Chat & Voice Process

We’re looking for confident and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our Ayurvedic wellness team. In this role, you’ll connect with customers through chat, messaging platforms, and calls, understand their requirements, introduce them to our Ayurvedic weight-management programs, and help convert genuine customer interest into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads through chat, messaging apps, portals, and calls.

• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant Ayurvedic wellness and weight-management products/programs.

• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and usage information.

• Build trust and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally and effectively.

• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM/system.

• Achieve individual sales and conversion targets while maintaining quality customer interactions.

• Work closely with the team to improve lead conversion and overall customer experience.

• Comfortable handling customers through chat as well as calls.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, chat sales, customer service, or wellness/healthcare sales will be an advantage.
