Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive / Jewellery Stylist

Department: Retail Sales

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable jewellery, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

- Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budget.

- Present and explain jewellery collections, designs, diamonds, metals, and product features.

- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.

- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

- Follow up with prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.

- Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising standards.

- Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and smooth order processing.

- Maintain showroom cleanliness and professional presentation.

- Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.

- Support stock handling, inventory checks, and other showroom activities when required.

Candidate Profile

- 1–5 years of experience in Jewellery Retail, Luxury Retail, Fashion Retail, or Premium Sales preferred.

- Candidates with experience in Lab-Grown Diamonds will be preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-oriented approach with a passion for sales.

- Good presentation and convincing skills.

- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products effectively.

- Target-oriented and willing to work in a retail environment.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
