Job Description – Senior Sales Manager (Industrial Safety / PPE)

Position: Senior Sales Manager – Industrial Safety Products
Experience Required: 5–10 Years (Safety / PPE Trading Industry)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Complete handling of Industrial Safety / PPE product sales

• Existing client relationship management (Factories, Contractors, Traders)

• New business development in Faridabad, Gurgaon & Delhi NCR

• Strong knowledge of products like Safety Helmets, Shoes, Gloves, Coveralls, Reflective Jackets, Fall Protection etc.

• Handling bulk orders, rate negotiation & order finalization

• Tender handling (ONGC / Govt / PSU experience preferred)

• Team handling & sales target achievement

• Market survey & competitor analysis

• Payment follow-up & outstanding control

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years experience in Industrial Safety / PPE trading

• Strong dealer & industrial client network

• Good negotiation & communication skills

• Leadership ability

• Own vehicle preferred

• Target-driven & result-oriented
