We are looking for a result-driven BDM – HR Services & Admission Counsellor to work under a Sales Executive profile. The role involves B2B business development for HR services along with counselling and converting student leads into admissions.
Generate B2B leads for HR and manpower services.
Approach corporate clients, consultants, institutes, and business partners.
Pitch HR services including recruitment and staffing solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Meet monthly business development and revenue targets.
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and client meetings.
Prepare proposals and close deals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and conversion ratio.
Counsel students and working professionals regarding available courses and programs.
Explain admission process, eligibility, fees, and timelines.
Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Ensure end-to-end coordination until admission confirmation.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, closures, and admissions.
Share daily and weekly sales performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline
1–4 years of experience in sales, BDM, HR services, or admission counselling
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Comfortable with B2B sales and counselling roles
