Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, interacting with clients, and closing sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, references, and field visits
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions
Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
Maintain proper follow-ups and client database
Coordinate with internal teams for deal closures
Requirements:
6 months to 4 years of experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing ability
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives
Working Days: 6 days a week
