Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Arrange and conduct site visits with potential buyers
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to close deals
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, accounts)
Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
