What You'll Do

• Handle customer leads and follow up regularly.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest the right property.

• Build trust and maintain good relationships with clients.

• Convince customers with honest advice and clear communication.

• Manage leads properly in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate site visits and assist customers throughout the buying process.

• Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle premium and high-value property leads.

• Honest, ethical, and customer-focused approach.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.

• Previous real estate sales experience is preferred but motivated candidates are welcome to apply.
