We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at at Flabs. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers In Hand salary upto ₹30,000 and commision on each sale. New joinees earn upto ₹20,000 as incentives in the beginning and there's ample opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with diagnostic laboratories and understand their requirements

• Explain and demonstrate Flabs Software solutions

• Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, email & follow-ups

• Schedule and conduct product demos

• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively

• Maintain lead status, remarks & follow-up schedules in CRM

• Build relationships with prospective clients

• Coordinate with implementation & support teams

• Achieve sales targets and maintain healthy conversion rates

• Provide regular sales updates to the team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

• MBA preferred but not mandatory

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply

• Strong communication & follow-up skills

• Good convincing and closing ability

• Target-oriented approach

• Good time management

• Positive attitude & team-player mindset

• Willingness to learn and grow in software sales
