Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell gym membership plans to prospective clients
• Handle walk-in inquiries and convert leads into memberships
• Provide detailed information about gym facilities, services, and benefits
• Conduct gym tours and ensure a high-quality customer experience
• Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and CRM systems
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client data in CRM

Requirements:

• Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Proven experience in sales (fitness industry preferred)
• Ability to handle clients professionally and close deals effectively
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and computer operations
