We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales / Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by identifying prospects, understanding customer requirements, and assisting in closing deals. The role involves lead generation, product explanation, demos, and coordination between customers and internal teams.
Sales Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, visits, and digital channels
Promote company products and services to retailers, distributors, and partners
Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Pre-Sales Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Explain product features, pricing, and onboarding processes
Conduct product demos and presentations (online/offline)
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Customer Support & Coordination
Assist customers during onboarding, KYC, and activation
Follow up with prospects and existing clients for updates and renewals
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM or MIS
Graduate or Diploma (any stream)
1–3 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or field sales (fintech experience preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of digital payments, fintech, or service platforms is an advantage
Comfortable with field work and targets
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to explain technical products in simple language
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Willing to travel locally for client meetings
