We are looking for a reliable Admin & Office Executive to manage daily office operations for our silver handicraft business. The role involves administrative support, coordination with artisans, vendors, and customers, documentation, and basic accounting support.
Office Administration
Handle day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain office files, records, invoices, and documents
Manage incoming calls, emails, and courier handling
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Sales & Order Coordination
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and delivery challans
Coordinate with production/artisans for order status and timelines
Follow up with clients regarding orders and payments
Maintain customer and vendor databases
Inventory & Purchase Support
Maintain records of silver stock, raw materials, and finished goods
Assist in purchase orders and vendor coordination
Track inward and outward stock entries
Accounts & Compliance Support
Assist in basic accounting entries, billing, and payment follow-ups
Coordinate with the accountant for GST, invoices, and reports
Maintain expense records and petty cash
General Support
Coordinate with logistics for dispatch and deliveries
Support management with reports and MIS
Ensure confidentiality of business data
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred)
0–2 years of experience in admin/office executive role
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Familiarity with billing software/Tally is an advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
Experience in jewellery, handicraft, or manufacturing industry
Knowledge of silver items, weights, and inventory handling
GST invoice handling experience
