Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, presenting tailored solutions, and converting qualified leads into long-term clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through consultative selling, relationship building, and strategic follow-ups.
The Sales Executive will promote medical tourism, wellness programs, professional training, healthcare consulting services, and strategic partnership opportunities to clients across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
Qualify leads and understand client requirements.
Conduct virtual or in-person meetings and presentations.
Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven sales experience in the medical, wellness, travel, hospitality, or resort sectors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
