Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails, referrals, and online platforms.

• Contact prospective clients and explain the company's financial services.

• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

• Stay updated with company services and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele Sales, or Inside Sales.

• Experience in Financial Services, Consulting, EdTech, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
