Business Development Executive (School Outreach)
KRAs
1. Visit assigned schools and educational institutions.
2. Meet Principals, Coordinators, and School Management.
3. Present and demonstrate the Academicae platform.
4. Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up meetings.
5. Build relationships with schools and maintain regular follow-ups.
6. Assist senior team members in closing partnerships.
7. Achieve monthly school visit and lead generation targets.
8. Submit daily visit and activity reports.
Skills Required
• Excellent communication skills (English + local language preferred)
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Basic negotiation and persuasion skills
• Willingness to travel locally
• Freshers with confidence are welcome
• 0–2 years of experience preferred
