Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential customers for insurance products.
• Explain policy benefits, coverage, and suitable plans based on customer needs.
• Generate leads through calls, references, walk-ins, field visits, or digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and upselling.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end support during policy purchase.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.
Requirements:
For Freshers:
• Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company requirement).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
• Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
For Experienced Candidates:
• Prior experience in insurance, BFSI, banking, telesales, or field sales preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
