An Insurance Advisor at ICICI Lombard is responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable
general insurance products based on their needs and providing end-to-end support in the insurance
process
Explain and offer general insurance products such as Motor, Health, Travel, Home, and
Commercial Insurance
• Identify and connect with potential customers through personal networks and referrals
• Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate insurance solutions
• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and terms
• Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, and required documentation
• Maintain long-term and trust-based relationships with clients
• Provide basic guidance and support during the claims process
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups
