Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and referrals.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
· Explain company products/services to potential clients.
· Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
· Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing.
· Maintain accurate customer data and sales records.
· Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
· Participate in marketing and promotional activities when required.
Required Skills
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
· Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
· Positive attitude and team coordination skills.
Qualification
· Graduate or equivalent qualification.
· Prior experience in sales/business development preferred.
