Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Multiple Processes)

Location: Thane
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Telecalling Executives for multiple processes. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information

• Explain products/services and resolve customer concerns

• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or above

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
