Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive to drive B2B business acquisition for banking products. The role involves generating leads, meeting business clients, and onboarding corporate customers for various banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new business clients and SMEs for banking product sales.
Generate B2B leads through field visits, networking, and references.
Present and explain IDBI Bank’s corporate banking products to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and onboarding of clients.
Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline tracking.
Requirements
Experience: 0–1 years in B2B sales / field sales / banking sales.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
Prior experience in banking, financial services, or corporate sales will be preferred.
