Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can effectively handle real estate leads, understand investor requirements, nurture prospects, conduct client meetings, and convert qualified leads into successful property investments. The ideal candidate should have strong real estate sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Preferred Experience

• Quality experience in plotted development, land, or investment property real estate sales.

• Experience in handling investor clients and understanding their investment requirements.

• Strong ability to close sales through phone calls as well as in-person meetings.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on real estate leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings. • Understand customer psychology and create a sense of urgency to drive timely decisions.

• Comfortable with daily calling targets and structured follow-ups.

• Conduct in-person meetings and property discussions with prospective investors.
• Good understanding of property documentation, payment processes, and registry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and prospective clients.

• Consistently follow up with leads and drive them towards successful closure. Required Qualities

• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated approach.
• Strong follow-up discipline and commitment to achieving sales goals.
