Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services such as website development, mobile apps, digital marketing, and custom software

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide basic information about company services

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups

• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team

• Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up status

• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the team

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales, or customer support executive (IT background preferred)

• Basic knowledge of IT services such as websites, apps, SEO, and digital marketing

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle rejection and work with targets

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email, WhatsApp)

Experience & Education

• 0–4 years of experience in telecalling / telesales

• Graduate or undergraduate (any stream)

Job Details

• Location: Office / Remote (as applicable)

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Salary: As per experience + incentives
