Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·       Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling.

·       Set up site visits with potential clients.

·       Survey projects sites and gather data to deliver it to clients.

·       Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

·       Take Ownership of Sale.

·       Meeting His/her Target

  Requirements:

·       Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

·       Ability to Understand Customer Requirement and Fulfil them.

·       Fast learner and passion for sales.

·       Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

·       This is a field job. Should be ready to travel for sales.

·       Good Listener, Good at Story Telling

·       Someone looking a career with a minimum of 3 years of in Real Estate

·       Must Have Bike.
