Job Description:
We are looking for a CRM Executive with real estate experience to manage customer relationships, handle post-sales activities, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide timely updates on project status.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales, legal, and accounts teams for documentation and agreements.
Manage booking forms, agreements, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain customer records.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Experience in Real Estate CRM is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Experience: 1–3 years in Real Estate CRM
