Job Description – Sales Executive

Company: Aushadhi Ayurveda Private Limited

Department: Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Ayurvedic products to customers and retailers
Achieve monthly sales targets and market expansion goals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct product demos and explain product benefits
Collect customer feedback and report market insights
Ensure proper product display and availability at market points

Skills Required

Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to meet goals and work under pressure
Customer handling skills

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience in Sales/Pharma/FMCG preferred

Salary

Fresher: ₹12,000 per month + Incentives

Experienced: Salary based on last in hand up to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
