Sales Executive(Home Loan)

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Research: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using LinkedIn, databases, and market research tools.

• Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute targeted outreach campaigns via cold calling, personalized emails, and social selling.

• Lead Qualification: Assess prospects based on their needs, budget, and purchasing authority to separate general interest from sales-ready opportunities. [1, 2]

• CRM Management: Log, track, and update all prospect interactions and data accurately in our CRM platform

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts, share feedback from prospects, and align on monthly targets.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline growth to optimize outreach strategies.
