Sales Executive (Inbound ) – Healthcare / Insurance | Cosma Fertility
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Experience: 1–2years
Work Mode: On-site
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
About the Role
Cosma Fertility is looking for a Sales Executive with experience in healthcare, medical sales, hospital, diagnostics or insurance. You will generate leads, convert them into customers and build strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete digital sales pipeline.
- Respond to incoming leads on WhatsApp Business.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Book teleconsultations and doctor consultations.
- Follow up with warm leads and re-engage potential customers.
- Handle customer objections professionally and empathetically.
- Drive repeat purchases and customer retention.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality.
- Manage WhatsApp and Instagram inquiries and move leads through the sales funnel.
Requirements
-1–2 years of experience in Digital Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Lead Conversion.
- Healthcare, Wellness, D2C, or EdTech experience preferred.
- Strong experience in handling and converting inbound leads.
- Comfortable handling sales conversations on WhatsApp.
- Good knowledge of CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Empathetic, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Fluent in Hindi + Conversational English.
- Male and female candidates both can apply.
Ideal Candidate
Candidates with experience in Digital Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Lead Conversion, Healthcare, Wellness, D2C, or EdTech can apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Medical or healthcare-related qualification such as B.Sc Nursing, GNM, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BPT, BMLT, Life Sciences, BDS, BHMS, BAMS or an equivalent healthcare degree.
