Sales Engineer

Job Overview:

Zohan Enterprises is looking for a Sales & Maintenance Engineer who can handle both sales of industrial machines (such as wire stripping, cutting, and crimping machines) and provide installation & maintenance support to customers.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new B2B customers

Explain products and give machine demonstrations

Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales

Follow up with existing clients and maintain relationships

🔧 Service & Maintenance Responsibilities:

Install machines at customer locations

Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs

Conduct regular maintenance visits

Train customers on machine operation

🔹 Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)

1–3 years of experience (Freshers with technical knowledge can apply)

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

Willingness to travel for field work

🔹 Skills:

Sales and technical understanding

Problem-solving ability

Customer handling skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email)

🔹 Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience)
