Marketing activities and Sales Development
v Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
v Responsible for Generating new customer and build the Relationship and sending quotation to customer.
v Follow up till receiving the order from customer.
v After receiving the order Collect Design inputs from the customer
v Co – ordinate with back office team to conform the order acceptance.
v Collect payment advance from customer
v Co – ordinate with design team to send drawing to customer till get customer drawing approval.
v Get delivery commitment from production and communicate to the customer.
v Ensure that product has been delivered on time.
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
Customer Relationship and Customer Satisfaction
v Develop and build relationship with Customer, and communicate to them regularly.
v Follow 5 principle to improve the customer satisfaction . (Focus on Customer, Do it together, Do it Right, Communicate and Educate, Measure and Record.)
v Get Customer enquiry after providing Cylinders, and power packs.
v Communicate to the customer and Providing Production information process and Delivery Commitment.
v Conduct frequently customer satisfaction survey and analyze the satisfaction Rate.
Team Work
v Co – ordinate with Team concentrate on Company set goal leaving individual ego.
v Understand the concept, think about the goal, analyse the probabilities, achieve it with concrete effect by coordination
Communication
v Oversee corporate communications activities through Communications Coordinator including :external communications and systems, internal communications and systems, public relations efforts, external vendors and consultants
Documentation & Records
v Maintain records related to Sales and Marketing.
v Maintain and update Customer Complaints Register and Resolve the problem and Action plan sheet.
v Update customer enquiry register and Enquiry plan sheet.
v Maintaining and updating customer databases.
