Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new B2B clients, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and industrial accounts through cold outreach, networking, and digital platforms.
Pipeline Management: Track the sales funnel from initial inquiry (RFQ) and technical clarification to proposal submission, commercial negotiation, and final Purchase Order (PO) closure.
Technical & Commercial Proposals: Collaborate with internal engineering, production, and costing teams to customize quotes, product demonstrations, and technical specifications.
Relationship Management: Build long-term ties with key decision-makers including Plant Managers, Procurement Heads, and C-Suite executives.
Market Research: Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and emerging regional manufacturing hubs such as Chakan, Pimpri-Chinchwad, and Talawade in Pune.
