We are seeking energetic and technically skilled Sales Engineers to drive sales of cutting tools and cutting oils. The ideal candidates will combine strong technical knowledge with persuasive communication skills to build relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance machining performance and productivity.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales of cutting tools, cutting oils, or industrial consumables.
Strong technical knowledge of machining processes (turning, milling, drilling, grinding) and lubrication systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
