Job Description – Sales Coordinator (Back Office)
Position:
Sales Coordinator – Back Office
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries received through email, phone, portals, and other sources.
Prepare and send quotations, offers, and product details to customers.
Follow up with customers and the sales team for quotations and orders.
Coordinate with field sales engineers regarding enquiries, customer visits, and order status.
Maintain sales data, customer records, quotations, and order details in Excel/CRM/ERP.
Process sales orders and coordinate with the accounts, purchase, dispatch, and service departments.
Track pending quotations, orders, payments, and customer follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
Handle customer communication and provide timely updates.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office operations preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email drafting, and data management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
