Recruitment Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Prospect, pitch, and secure new B2B client accounts across target industry verticals through direct outreach, networking, and cold outreach strategies.

  • Consult with C-suite executives, HR Directors, and Talent Acquisition leaders to understand hiring challenges and propose customized staffing solutions.

  • Lead end-to-end contract negotiations regarding placement fees, guarantees, rebate terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Account Management & Revenue Growth:

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for key client accounts, conducting regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to ensure high client retention.

  • Cross-sell additional services, such as executive search, contingent staffing, and payroll management, to maximize account lifetime value.

  • Work closely with client hiring managers to build accurate job profiles and hiring forecasts.

• Operations & Fulfillment Collaboration:

  • Hand off qualified job requisitions to the recruiting/delivery team, providing comprehensive briefs on candidate requirements and company culture.

  • Monitor delivery pipelines to ensure timely presentation of high-quality candidates and maintain high fill rates.

  • Manage client feedback during candidate interview processes and assist in closing offers.

• Pipeline Management & Leadership:

  • Track and report on key sales metrics, including prospect conversions, pipeline velocity, contracted revenue, and gross margin targets.

  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate sales forecasting and client activity logs.

  • Mentor junior Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives.
