Job Summary
The Guardian Girls Hostel is looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage leads, coordinate hostel visits, and ensure smooth communication between prospective residents and the sales/operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sales Executives for lead updates and conversions.
Schedule and coordinate hostel visits for prospective residents and their parents.
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, admissions, and follow-ups.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with hostel operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Prepare daily/weekly sales updates and reports for senior management.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely communication throughout the admission journey.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer handling, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, education, or hostel/PG operations will be an advantage.
