Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Portfolio Manager to manage client relationships, close real estate deals, and grow the company’s portfolio. This is a target-based role requiring strong sales ability, market understanding, and client handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients interested in real estate investment (residential or commercial).
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitors.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales/advisory.
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and performance-oriented.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
