# Job Description – B2B Sales Executive

Company: Expo Advanced Materials Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Sector 5, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Experience: 3–8 Years

Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Products

Salary: ₹20,000–₹28,000 per month

### Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage •B2B customers•• and industrial clients.

• Generate new leads through cold calling, references, networking, exhibitions and market visits.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/technical solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials and close orders.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

Coordinate with •Production, Technical, Dispatch and Accounts•• teams for timely order execution.

• Follow up for pending orders, payments and customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Maintain •CRM, sales reports, MIS and customer records••.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.

• Conduct customer visits and product presentations/demonstrations.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

### Required Skills

Strong •B2B Sales & Business Development•• experience.

Experience in •Manufacturing / Industrial / Engineering Products••.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and Sales MIS.

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

### Preferred Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. – Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.

### Preferred Industry Experience

Machine Tools | CNC/VMC | Tooling | Cutting Tools | Industrial Equipment | Engineering Products | Manufacturing
