Sales Coordinator / Executive

We are looking for Sales Executive

The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with walk-in customers at the store and explain water purifier

rental/subscription plans

● Clearly communicate benefits such as zero upfront cost, free maintenance, and

pure drinking water

● Demonstrate product features and address customer queries confidently

● Convert leads into successful subscriptions

● Collect basic customer details and coordinate with backend teams for installation

● Maintain daily sales reports and customer interaction logs

● Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the demo unit at the shop

● Work closely with store staff to maximize sales opportunities

Eligibility & Requirements:

● Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred but not mandatory)

● 1–3 years experience as In-shop promoter

❖ Retail sales executive

❖ Electronics / appliance sales (preferred)

● Good communication skills (Kannada mandatory; basic English/Hindi preferred)

● Ability to explain subscription concepts clearly to customers

● Sales-oriented mindset with hunger to earn incentives

● Comfortable with standing and interacting with customers throughout the day

Skills Required:

● Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills

● Basic understanding of water purifiers or willingness to learn

● Target-driven and result-oriented approach

● Professional appearance and attitude

● Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, forms, calls)

Working Hours:

● 6 days a week
