Job Responsibilities Hindi language mandatory
Generate leads through calling, references, and other sales activities.
Explain loan products and financial services to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Assist customers with the loan application process and required documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approval.
Maintain customer information and daily sales reports.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Interest in sales, banking, and financial products.
