Sales Coordinator (Female)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. The candidate should have experience in handling IndiaMART leads, CRM software, customer follow-ups, quotations, and sales coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, coordination with the sales team, and excellent customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage leads received through IndiaMART and other online platforms.

• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and coordinate with the sales team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

• Generate sales reports, MIS, and maintain accurate sales records.

• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer support.

• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Job Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with IndiaMART Portal and CRM Software.

• Experience in the Food Processing Machine Manufacturing Industry is preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and strong communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively with different teams.

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Depending on experience)
