Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing any issues related to purchase orders, deliveries, and order discrepancies.
Coordinate with the sales team to book sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Work with the Accounts & Collections department to resolve payment issues and facilitate new customer account creation
Prepare purchase orders and sales orders, ensuring all details align with customer requirements.
5+ years of experience in sales operations in the IT system integration or technology sector.
Experience of working on OEM Portals like HP, Cisco etc is must.
Thorough knowledge about IT Hardware /Infrastructure related products and services is must.
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM management, and sales tools.
Effective communication skills, customer-oriented approach and leadership qualities.
Hands on exp on SAP or any other related tool will be preferred.
