Lead Height is hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for B2B Sales in the digital marketing industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with business clients, and closing deals for digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, website development, paid ads, branding, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Identify and connect with potential B2B clients and decision-makers
Pitch digital marketing services to clients professionally
Conduct client meetings and explain company services and packages
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and market competition
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of B2B sales process
Ability to convince and close deals confidently
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services
Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Good presentation and client handling skills
Knowledge of CRM and lead generation tools is an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months to 3 years experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
Experience in Digital Marketing Agency sales preferred
Male & Female both can apply
Graduation preferred
Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Attractive Incentives
